啊，re-org只是rearrange the resources, 不会有人lose job. 但是会发生的是，你花了很多心血的 project被assign给别人；你得力的人被抢走；你report to一个恶心的老板；等等。 这种事情虽然有种种冠冕堂皇的原因， 但其实就是最上面大头换了，所谓一朝君主一朝臣， 有些人不折腾折腾就生怕别人把他当空气。外围部门早定了，we as the core department are deemed as the best place for some people to demonstrate their power, 所以斗得不像话，象足了没有销烟的战争。在尘埃落定之前总要为自己team争取best resourses/position, although it is definitely not the most the pleasant thing for me to do in the world. 当然，这样折腾下去，hi-tech竞争这么激烈，公司迟早会不行的。到时候它虽然会留我们做实事的人， 但待下去牺牲的是自己的career啊。
