一直想翻译这首诗，疫情间读到的离婚、domestic violence 新闻终于让我下定决心。现代人厮守在一起闹矛盾时，想想交通不便的古代，家人有机会在一起是多么宝贵的一件事。

君问归期未有期

巴山夜雨涨秋池

何当共剪西窗烛

却话巴山夜雨时

You asked about my returning day,

“Not too sure” was all I would say.

O’er the hill a nightly shower then began to fall,

Swarming autumn rivers, ponds and all.

“Next time we stay by a candlelit window together?”

I remember next hearing you utter.

“A rainy night like this here in the mountain,”

Was all I could bear to answer.

这也是我很钟爱的一首诗，李商隐写这首诗的时候，他自己也不知道他的妻子其实已经去世了。有时候有执念想让小孩学中文就在于这些很美的东西，这些东西有心灵的人自己能体会，楼主翻译的不错，但如果不学中文，还是无法体会到全部的美和细腻深沉的情感。
