i just started the levotra(estrogen/progestin combination), at beginning have spotting ( period like bleeding), and nausea. told dr. told to double up the pill, the spotting went after 3 or 4 days. but period is very regular 3 to 4 days, and amount of bleeding seems less.

i took chinese herble med for about 2 years, not as effective of controling  my period but my overall health condition did improve. 

i think taking birth control for short period of time is more effective in helping period cycle compare to chinese herble medicine.
