好吧,就我一个人觉得这是communication 不当引起小冲突恶化吗?插队的人到处都是啊,不分国籍,美国人也看不上自己人插队. 但是他们可能会说"you think you are more important than anyone else. 但是楼主上来就being so critical and judgmental, 说人家不会教育孩子. 所以人家可能告诉你回去学语言. 你应该提醒他们" we are in line". 然后看他们行为再follow the action. 个人感受在美国being aggressive would never make things better.
