Exactly!MM很有见解!


其实我早就想提倡大家先去练ballet,但是又担心大家会觉得太专业什么的.Ballet不仅仅对体态很很很有效,而且它会教给你手脚怎样幽雅地配合,腰胸怎样协调地动,怎样的姿势才能保证呼吸自然流畅.


对培养良好体态来说,Ballet和现代舞是我的第一推荐,其中Ballet更基础一些.JM们如果有机会,一定不要放过.

I've taken beginner's ballet course (2 hour very week) for several semesters--I guess most

universities in US have such courses, so are sports clubs. We have classmates on all different

levels--from knowing nothing (like I was), to quite advanced. The emphasis was on basic

postures and moves. We do 5 minutes streching after every exercise. I won't say that the course

was professional. It is like Yoga courses--simpy enjoy it!

It was very helpful to me. I used to have bulky muscles on lower arm and

lower leg, 'cos I play badminton and tennis. Now I think the muscles hide. :)

我也take了半学期的中级现代舞(后来因为跟我的其他的program冲突,不得不drop了),受益匪浅.个人觉得本科生的舞蹈课程比外面的gym里教得好(也许只是我的个案.),那老师跳了20-30年的舞蹈,简直是个为舞而生的精灵!
