当然是一回事。Food Stamp可以买的食物只能是有WIC标志的，没标有的一般不能买，这是我当时被告知的规定。

It is not the same thing. WIC does not limit to certain brands or special logo. You can buy any brand as long as it is within the category qualified for the benefit. When we were in school, we had family bring orange juice for parties and they told me it was WIC food. It was a normal brand that we all will buy from supermarkets. Most F1/F2 families in MA can qualify WIC if the wife is pregnant.
Food stamp is like cash on food with even less limit.
