个人认为，办H1不用找律师(Master+，本科不太了解)，把律师费拿去交premium process更保险，而且快(我就是两星期内拿到的)，只要材料齐，就没问题。第一步的labor certificate是需要雇主填的，而且许多文件需要雇主提供，所以说如果雇主不sponsor，就比较没戏。
