EmigrantDirect, for its part, will launch a new credit card in mid-November that the company said will have the "highest cash-back rebate in the country" for those with online accounts, the company said in an e-mail to clients.

Presidential has a minimum of $5000, and balances in excess of $35,000 only earn a 2.82% APY.

>5% is for groceries/drugstores/gas. >1.25% is for the rest.

Only ED increases 0.50%, and all the other banks only up 0.25% or less. ED is abnormal this time :(
