agent的时候，只要付4就行了。他们是双赢，买房省不省的到钱，就看个人运气了，不过这个也很难证实。
What is dural agent? Buyer gets two different agents and go to see the
same house, then the seller will know. Is this what you mean? But why
are you able to change the commision fee from 5 to 4? Don't
