我们当时也是mm这么理解的，也从没听说过file n400前不可离境的说法。但为了保险，表弟还是专门问了单位律师（每个月工资扣律师服务，所以入籍也就免费用了），结果人家甩出这个link，也没给咱任何明确说法。
