"是，到咨询公司在美国，对于我这样一个如果要从小学校没排名的MBA毕业的话，除非自己特别有能力，否则真的也许不如专业的会计背景或者干脆工程背景有利". Yes, this is true.  Another important thing is your English.  Consulting firms really require you to have very good English both in speaking and writing.  An accounting degree is good for job hunting, but may not lead you to your interest in ERP/Accounting System Consulting.  I feel this is a very technical field and maybe a MIS degree and solid previous experience/certificates are better.
