communication专业在公司可以做什么?

现在正在学这个专业, 听师姐师兄都说不好找工作. 听说有的大公司有communication department,也不知道在哪儿是干什么工作的. [em14]

现在在学organizational communication, 无非做做survey什么的.

快毕业了,现在真是愁的要死.毕业找工作是一定的了.大家有学这个专业的么? 都找了些什么工作呢?

大家公司有人是这个专业的么?

学这个专业可以去HR么? 当trainer行么?

姐妹们给我些建议吧? 感觉前途真渺茫啊............

BA degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing, human resources or related field of study
One or more years' extensive experience writing corporate communications, including compensation, benefits and policies and/or applicable paralegal experience 要有很高的写作能力,可是我最后面的compensation, benefits and policies and/or applicable paralegal experience 一窍不通.郁闷啊!哭!
Advanced editing, proofreading, and composition skills; proven technical and persuasive writing skills; strong oral communication and customer service skills 又是写作跟口语!
Strong command of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.协调多种工作的能力.晕~~~~~~~~~

看来要好好练写作跟口语呢!可是对于非专业的写作,像compensation, benefits and policies and/or applicable paralegal 该怎么练呢?

要好好学习啊, [em03] 工作要求的很多我都不会.

mm不要着急，这个是我随手在网站上找的，是一个experienced position，所以要求有什么compensation,benefits,blah blah blah experience。Entry level position是不会有这些要求的。

我也不是做communication的，瞎说两句啊，用个我们公司的例子吧。我们的health plan最近cut benefit了，最根本的就是员工看病要自己多掏钱，可是，管理层不能直接这样跟我们说呀，总得sugar coat一下吧。然后，我们的communication部门就做了一个presentation，分析消费水平，医疗消费上涨，公司盈利情况等等等等，然后简单介绍了一下新的benefit structure。主题就是这个新的plan design怎么怎么好，尽管要我们自己多付钱，但是为了公司的business strategy这也是必要的，而且这个plan design会promote healthy behavior。可是我们公司偏偏就是做health plan design的，所以大家不怎么买这个presentation的账，呵呵，不过我觉得，如果换作其它公司，员工可能会稍微被抚平一些吧。

真的很谢谢mm的帮忙,学到很多东西. 版上很多MBA,engineer,finance analyst, 就是没有看到有学我这个专业的. 唉

学文科就像没有自己的专业一样, [em03] 感觉很茫然. 知道公司里communication部门都是做什么的真的很有帮助.呵呵
