I am using Winsor Pilate, the one have a lot of informercial on TV. [em47]

Have not used others, so do not know the comparison. I think it is not bad.

I am not using the seperate ab DVD, just using the 20 minutes workout, 50 minutes accelerated body sculping. It is fine with me of the ab related moves.
