拜登没有一个配合的议会，肯定做不成什么事。

Murphy narrowly trailed Republican challenger Jack Ciattarelli Wednesday morning with ballots — many of them vote-by-mail — in Democratic-rich areas yet to be counted.
With nearly 98% of precincts reporting early Wednesday morning, Ciattarelli held a mere 1,200 vote lead in the contest to decide the next governor, according to The Associated Press.
The race was a statistical dead heat, and there were about 700,000 early and mail-in votes still to tally.

NJ 这个估计还是民主党的，但是 GOP opponent是虽败犹荣，他campaign underfunded, poll一直落后，本来大家也没有特别看好。结果这么close加上VA的GOP win，给民主党敲了警钟
你不看VA主党候选人的广告吗？同时你不看Youngkin的竞选广告吗？
至少应该关心一下吧。
主党候选人的广告就是打Youngkin和老川的关系。用的video就是Youngkin说I like Trump。不仅Mccauliffe自己不断提醒选民，帮忙助选的拜登和奥巴也强调选Youngkin就是选老川。
还有，Youngkin从来没有在竞选时站出来批评老川。所以，Youngkin绝对没有和老川划清任何界限。
Youngkin最晚的竞选广告的画面就是Mccauliffe不停提老川老川。
老川在Youngkin的rally上，虽然没露面，但是电话联线了。
2020因为特殊原因，媒体炒作赢了。但是这种招数也只能用一次，同时用尽了自己credit。现在不灵了。加州比较特殊哈。纽约现在都开始反对主党了，尤其mandate，如果不改变，纽约黑人会跟主党决裂的。

你是Trump粉，非要替Trump争credit也可以理解。Youngkin首先是个rookie，没有political past可以被媒体挖，他是个effective candidate，可能跟做过CEO有关系，抓住education 这个local issue，利用对手debate mishap 变成turning point。他赢的最主要原因是拿回了很多Trump lose的suburban vote.Trump is deeply unpopular in VA. 他也很聪明的 一直和Trump 保持距离，当然 Trump is the elephant in the room, 也没必要得罪他。这才是Youngkin 聪明的地方，也是为什么说他的成功提供了blueprint。Trump 看他要赢了，赶紧插一脚来claim 一些credit。他的对手民主党不停地Trump Trump才说明Trump是Asset of democracts not Republicans

不管左右，我是乐见Youngkin这样比较正常不那么extrem 的candidate政治素人出来选并且用选民真正关心的issue选胜。就像前面一个帖子说的，我们中间的两边的的疯子都不要，就要个正常的关心real issues 的。
中间派ＧＯＰ力量强大以后，拜登倒是有机会能做些事情了。
现在的两院川派ＧＯＰ铁板一块，拜登一辈子的强项是沟通两党，现在偏偏一筹莫展，
任何计划只要自己人这边一票反对就要完蛋，搞得另一个Joe才是总统一样～～
能沟通的ＧＯＰ议员上台，他反而操作的余地更大些。

也不完全两院都是都是川派，mitt Romney, susan colins, Lisa murkowski都不是川派，只能说GOP理念一致，比较团结，political factions 没有那么多，一些Trump的人叫的大声语不惊人死不休但政策上还没有右转很多。民主党左转幅度太大所以党内分裂现象更严重。
