Somehow, I recommend you to stay at home and save the money for 3 years... When you hubby move into CA, you can enter a much better school and have a better future... At least, you will not waste the money and get nothing...
You can first pass the GRE and Tofel exams and be an auditor of accounting...If you feel good, you can prepare for your study, such as reading some books...
After you move into CA, it will be much easier for you to get an offer from a good school, and find internship and jobs...
