瑜伽有很多种呼吸法,用腹部的叫完全呼吸法(蕙兰说的),这种能最大限度置换出呼吸系统里的空气,如果平时想深呼吸用这种呼吸法应该不错,就是肚子一起一伏别人会看着奇怪,而且呼吸声音重了会影响别人。偶觉得天天这样子呼吸还得老想着,很累。偶就打算练瑜伽的时候这样呼吸,慢慢的自己的呼吸就自然变长了,不想刻意地去做
