Sorry I cannot type in Chinese now.


My purpose is not to "slim down". Although compared to most Chinese girls I am overweighted (I am 5'1 and 115 pounds), I still think I am OK--I don't wait to abuse myself to cut few extra pounds. My real goal is to be more energetic through exercise and have a more healthy lifestyle.


I like swimming, jogging, walking, playing tennis, yoga/pilates. But my biggest problem is, I give up too easily, both physically and mentally. For example, when I try to follow a yoga DVD which contains 1.5 hour instruction, I alwayys stop after 30 minutes and think "OK, that's enough. I cannot take it anymore". So I wish to find a exercise buddy so we can motivate each other and make the whole exercise thing more enjoyable.
