Some suggestions:
1. Too much sweets, like 一个牛角包, 一个纸包蛋糕. 好多pizza, etc. These foods have too much added sugars and very finely processed (meaning your blood sugar level will spike easily), recommend replacing with whole wheat breads, or some nuts (but becareful with the portion size, 'cause nuts are high in calories for even a small portion).
3. Restaurant take out foods are usually high in sodium, not very healthy.
