I checked hotwire, orbitz, and others. I find expedia.com has the best deal. I have booked a package for about $1000 for two person, 4 nights staying in Grand Union hotel which is at a very central location, and direct flight that comes to NYC early in the morning and leaves late in the evening.

Of course, if you would like to stay in hotels with more stars, you probably want to bid on priceline. Good luck!
