Unless you are permanent residents, I don't think foreign students qualify for FAFSA. But we can get some private loans, if a US citizen can be the co-signer or co-borrower. I know MEFA in Boston lends money to international students.(website: http://www.mefa.org/index.php).

I'd think the relavant school department can offer more information on what type of loans you can get, internally and externally.
