I am a F1 student but filed green card application last summer, right now the status is i-485 pending. and my I20 expired on Dec. 2005. I also applied for EAD card based on my green card application. So, my question is "May I still use 1040NREZ and 8843 form for tax return for 2005", if not, would you please let me know what form should I use? Thanks very much!
