懂的童鞋说说啊。

我如果有2套房子。一套自住，一套用来做business office可以吗？就是自己公司租用我自己的房子。

这样对于报税有啥利弊呢？主要就是想与其出去租别的房子做办公室，不如租自己的算了。

that is a related party transaction, fair market rate for rent, probably subject to more scrutiny when it comes to IRS audit.
