雇自己父母是不付employer tax的, 这样他们还能积累social security 点数吗？要不你说的福利跟social security 不挂钩？

Either you set up a business and issue W-2 to your parents, then you pay the employer part of the payroll taxes, or you pay your parents on 1099, your parents have to pay self-employed payroll tax both for employer and employee. Otherwise, I don't see how accrue social security benefits without paying social security and medicare taxes.

报税不仅仅是income tax, sales tax, 还有payroll tax，social security and medicare tax哦。
