We should differentiate this board from the other job board. From the board name, I assume this board is for the ladies who are working. I guess that the board manager can coordinate with the other working board's manager to divide the contents. For instance, putting all the job hunting and immigration related questions to the otehr board, and keep this board for the people who have a job already and are working the way up. (just an example......the job hunting contents are spreaded to two boards, which is not a good idea).
