这个里面的各组织应该不包括communist party吧？

10 Have you ever been a member of, or in any way associated with A. The Communist Party?

第10题是同样的问题，是否可以第9题选No，而在第10题选Yes？

不是明确写了party吗？communist party不就是party吗？

I-485上也有这两个问题。一般两个都说yes

不懂帮顶。如果曾经是党员会对入籍有影响吗？
