技术上不需要提供。你想提供也可以。
如果不提供的话是不是不能证明qualify for concurrent filing呢？

不是。跟这个无关。这个只跟你的移民类型有关。
包括一些表上的问题涉及到I-94何时过期，因为是F-1,所以都是D/S (duration of stay), 所以填表的时候这个过期日期应该填I-20过期的日期还是D/S呢？

2. I-130需要提供的document来证明anongoing marital union，我看到论坛里很多mm们都交了很多个证明，出游照片啊，jointlease还有结婚戒指receipt包括第三方的affidavit。。我跟老公结婚以前确实在一起住过1年半，是jointlease，但结婚后的房子是在我名下，目前也没有开joint bank account，但是有婚戒receipt和出游照片什么的，想问一下大家交多少才够或者说我有的这些documents是不是不够？

现在开个joint account也不晚。到面试的时候就会有几个月的statement了。他们主要想看财务的混合，所以joint account，joint lease，joint insurance，互相列为beneficairy等最有效。
3. I-130 需要老公来证明是公民，我看到很多mm提交的材料除了birth certificate和passport还提供了SSN还有driver's license这种文件，这些都有必要么？

美国出生birth certificate或护照任何一个就行
