I have the same experience for so many times. I once read an scientific article about this phenomenon. Long stroy short: it is because certain type of nerves in our brain is shorter than the other ones. Sometime when we see something, the signal transfer faster to our brain than to our eyes. So by the time the nerves connecting to our eyes transfer the signal to our brain, we feel like we have experienced what we are seeing now in the past. [em01]

If this is the case, why do we feel we've seen that in the dream? But it did only occur when that actually happens. We won't feel we dreamed about this until this actually happens. That might support the explanation. Since this experience is so common, it seems it is explainable because not so many people will have the supernatural force??? Sometimes I attribute this experience to the three dimensions of the time
