好像要求new customer吧

我今天去银行顺便问我上次网上申请的student checking的bonus怎么还没到，那个人也没仔细查，说“我也不明白怎么回事，反正我给你账户上加50块钱好了”太令人惊诧了。。不过我给他提供了promotion code的
