that your weight fluctuate within a few pounds from day to day.
When I just started workingout, my weight didn't change much, but I felt the structure of muscles
changed and my body got into better shape. And you should see change after a while as well. Don't
get frustrated about a few pounds. You will feel better with working out soon ...
