As for these low-angle shots,
it took us 3 hours just to set up the
camera at the right place.

The camera was actually
mounted outside the car using a rig.
Although I was there, I was responsible for
photography part only...he's the one that
knows the in and out of getting the camera
in place...:) Once the camera was mounted, we
tested the angle, the driving speed, exposure...etc..
If you plan to take these shots, get ready for
lots of frustration and make sure you have a lot
of patience...

we mounted 300D, 1D and 1D Mark 2 1-inch from the ground while driving 40-50 mph entering (drifting if you will...pulling your e-brake while turning your steering wheel one way and quickly steer to the other) the corners.

Yes...it's either make or 'break'...without any insurance covering the cameras...LOL...
