Summer's coming, more chances to expose waist and skin. It's always not too much to have better shape. My plan is losing 3 pounds (from 101-102pd to 98-99 pd) in 10 days. I'll record the food, drinks and activities everyday.


Don't have any excercise plan for today. Less than 350 Calories food intake, 2 cup of honey water. No food after 1:00pm. Only water is allowable after 1:00pm.
