我的opt 6月底到期。学校(我的工作单位)正帮我申办h1b，刚接了学校的电话，说job description 和我的真实情况不是很符合，有背学校的policy. 还说到可能会影响办绿卡之类的话。
job description 上面说，要求有3年工作经验的。我来此之前，在小公司工作了4个月。在学校期间的2年的 RA(50%) 应该不算了。
这种情况该怎么办呢，当然先和老板谈，希望他能该一下 job description 还是？？？？
学校有时真烦，太官僚。

I have seen and heard more than one case, in which the job description seemed to be for a higher position, yet the job was like an entry level...the GC application got denied (reason was the low salary, which is not actually low)!!!
