闲话少说,我的一点体会:

软SKILL:

1)闲话还真是不能少说,特别是在刚开始开会时,要FLUFFY, 要学老美那样腻腻的夸张(FT)

2)电话会议里: 一个字一个字的说清楚,要有中气,有条不紊的表达方式是最好的;the purpose of your speak is to make others understand your point, not just "through" your worlds out ---- 我常常一激动就几里刮啦的披披啪啪一真乱讲,这是很不好的.

硬SKILL

3)whatever you put up there, you have to be able to defend it -- which means you need to gather a lot (may be 10X more) information and be preapared for any kinds of questions. 这个对我的工作尤其重要.
