Hi! Try leather surgeon, google their name, you can send your bag to them, they’ll fix/repair it and send it back to you, I’ve done it before and restored a vintage Chanel, it looks pretty good, recommend it.

if you send them the pictures they can tell you which service they recommend it, the estimation process should be free and you can decide if you want to proceed, pretty easy process imo.
