ANR is not the best choice for dry lines and eye bag.
Anti-gravity from Clinique should work better than that.
Also after ANR the eye cream is necessary,you didn't say which eye cream you are using,I recommend Resilience Lift from EsteeLauder.Smooth and tight.

I don't think everyone must follow the so-called rules seriously.I know the platium eye cream is really good and should not be used before 40 years old,but Resilience Lift is ok for those who are more than 25 years.
