i want to cry. all the data files that i have in my desktop are gone now

but it seems that something wrong with my computer now.

the start black screen with Windows' XP repeated again and again.

I am not worried about my computer. i am more concerned about my data in the computer. do you know any ways to pull all my data out from the computer?
