My friend got married with an US citizen for over two years and will have the Green card interview very soon. Does anybody familiar with the so called "conditional green card"? will she be able to get an permanent one since she already got married for two years?

I know it is a very technical question. Hope somebody had similar experiences will give my friend some help.
