I think you need to see a dentist. I had bleeding problem before, and my father(doctor) also said that I need 维B and 维C, but no use at all. So I went to a dentist and she did a root clean for me, now I am not bothered by this problem anymore. A couple of friends also got my suggestion to fix this probelm by seeing a dentist.
