My suggestion is: ask for insiders' info, gather as much as possible and make your decision.Consider the opportunity cost of having the new job. What would you gain from the new position and what would you have to sacrifice to accept the job? What are your career goals? Three-years from now? Five-years from now? These are all relevant questions to be put on the table before you make a decision.
