I sent out the OPT application package at the end of May, however, I got the receipt date is June 15. I just check the status of reviewing I 765, it stuck on April 14, 2006 for Vermont Center. Right now, I accepted a offer which specificly start date is August 16, is anybody know how long it take to get the approval letter of OPT? Can I request expediating my case? What I heard was that if your OPT hasn't approved yet, you could take the receipt and offer letter to your local USCIS office and request a temporary EDA card.
