This is all my personal experience. Not recommended for weight loss, not for increasing your legs 5cm longer, not for building bulky muscles. In fact I gained a few pounds throughout all these years since I ate too much. Still underweight according to some nonsense standard.
#1 a good pair of running shoes
#2 a set of dumbbells
#3 a yoga mat
No personal trainer, no gym membership fee.
I just checked the perimeter of my lower legs. Mine is 6cms thicker than the so- called ‘beautiful legs’ standards from MITbbs. I have not checked my thighs yet. Should be another shock. And I am 100% sure my boobs and butt are way too smaller than those in the standard. But I am still thinner than the ideal weight. What kind of joke is that? Barbie standard?
