I think that both the "models" and the "photographers" need communication. I am sure that most of the girls want to work with the photographers because we can get pretty pictures. At the same time, shooting the models might not be something the photographers want to do exclusively. Let alone most of the photographers are good at either natural scene or portraits in stead of both. Taking pics need lots of communication and physical work, and I am not sure if all the mms in the fashion board understand this.
