要搞金融一定要有, 但是有了也不一定能搞金融.如果你是那一行的, 早晚都要拿一个, 不然发展空间受限制.如果不是在行业内, 想单单靠这个证入行, 也不是很容易, 但是总比什么都没有强.

buy side: institutional investors such as private equity, pension funds, mutual funds,and hedge funds. they "buy" stocks and bonds

sell side: brokers, underwriters, sales...those who work in the corporate finance dpmt (dealing with M&A), bond, and equity divisions in investment banks. They "sell" stocks and bonds to the public
