i am positive you saw White by Vera Wang.The cheapest vera wang couture starts at 5000~ and you can't just "see" it, you need an appointment to go in her store.

人都说是在打折店看到的咯，可能N年前的老款。white最贵的都没有1500，打折的white都500以下。

Couture wedding gowns are basically manufactured for you only, there shouldn't be over stock for sale, unless it's a sample, which is probably a size 12 and tailor a size 12 is going to be $$$$.
