我爸妈2014年3月份提交申请，只是在2014年7月收到了审批延长的信，现在什么消息都没有，有同期的爸妈吗？

filed in April, received potential waiver letter in July, no progress so far.

1. called USCIS 800 number to put in a service request. Received a response a month later which told me nothing.

2. Contacted ombudsman

3. Contacted district congressman. They promised to put in an inquiry with USCIS

I am taking my parents for info pass next week.

My mum got her card ordered notice exactly on one year anniversary of turning her application with USCIS. My father's case has been forwarded to local office waiting for interview schedule.
