in pic 4, those scratches are minor, even if you buy a new bag, sometimes they have scratches like that. I bought a never opened chanel purse from chanel boutique, it has something like that too.

but the scratch you circled in pic 3, i think it was caused by former owner, it is not good. hope you can return it.
