TD is a routine vaccine in adult immunization here in USA.
Others include Measles Mumps rubella (MMR), etc.

If you have got the shots for tetanus vaccine in China, it should be good for 10 years. So you don't have to worry about the nail scratch now.

It is good to keep track about your immunizations. Having a record at your family doctor's office is a good idea. Besides TD and MMR, ask your doctor about Hep A and Hep B vaccine also. And it is good to get an influenza shot yearly, too.
