刚刚买了local fitness club 的 membership, 偶最不爱跑步,只有参加group excercises 才坚持的下来, 上周的锻炼日记如下:
Mon. Power Sculpt (sculpt and tone upper and lowe body with body bars, tubing and balls)
Tue. Kick and Core (cardio)
Wen. Step
Fri. Body Pump (Weight training)
Sat. Step
Sun. PilateMat
以后打算每周4-5次,两次STEP(偶比较喜欢,觉得没那摸boring),1/2 次power sculpt/body pump, 1 次cardio, 1次PilateMat. 大家觉的这样balance 吗? 偶完全是根据个人爱好和日程安排来选的.
