ha, this is nothing do woth PERM, all those waiting for their LC to be approved should feel a little bit released.

Because you know LC has been stucked there especially for certain states, now this means they really want to do something.
And if your case is strong you could get some chance of being approved faster than you thought.
In all, LC may be faster.
Things may start to move.
But it is real till you see it approved......
