Caffeine, can you explain why are F&F stock prices still low after bail out by the govt?

bailout有两个目的。第一个是救美国政府国际上的名声，第二是帮助房市缓回来。两个都是为了FF继续发行债务做新的房贷来的，和equity holders没关系。和常识恰恰相反，在bailout的时候如果给了很高股价，就会产生所谓moral hazard,让老百姓背share holders的包袱，所以bear的做法就是一个典型的例子。而且既然没有了dividend,那股票也就没啥长期投资的价值了。短期玩玩挺好，但是其实没有fundamental value.

We are practicing day trading so we only care short term performance. I think F&F would bounce back a little bit from 70 cents in the short term. I expect LEH to bounce back a little bit as Bear did in March.
